1. Data Controller

The entity responsible for data processing on this website under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/revDSG) and the EU GDPR is:

Dal Molin Consulting GmbH
Allmendweg 15
CH-6330 Cham (Kanton Zug), Schweiz

2. Principles & Legal Basis

We process personal data transparently, lawfully, and proportionately. Personal data is acquired and handled solely for the purposes stated in this policy.

Where GDPR applies, processing rests on: (a) explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for analytics; (b) pre-contractual steps upon request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for client inquiries; and (c) legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for technical security and platform stability.

3. Cloud Hosting & Server Logs

This website is deployed serverless on Google Cloud Run in the European Frankfurt data center region (Germany, europe-west3).

When you visit, the infrastructure automatically records technical log entries: IP address (truncated/pseudonymized), request timestamp, URL path, HTTP status, referrer URL, and browser user-agent. This telemetry ensures platform resilience, cybersecurity, and fail-safe operation without linking back to individual identities.

4. Inquiries & Appointments

Direct Inquiries: When reaching out via email, your provided contact details (name, email address, message body) are processed solely to respond to your mandate inquiry or scheduling request.

Appointment Scheduling (Google Calendar / Meet): For 30-minute introductory calls, we offer Google Calendar appointment scheduling (Google Ireland Limited). Data provided (name, work email, topic) is used strictly to coordinate calendar slots and dispatch meeting invites.

5. Cookies & Consent Management

Our website utilizes cookies (small text files retained on your browser). We distinguish strictly necessary cookies (which preserve your privacy choices in cc_cookie) and optional statistical measurement cookies (which activate strictly upon prior explicit consent).

6. Your Data Protection Rights

Under the Swiss Data Protection Act and EU GDPR, you are entitled to access your personal data, request corrections, request deletion, restrict processing, and revoke prior consent at any time.

To exercise your rights, please reach out via email to:franco@dalmolin.com
